The apartment is located halfway between Como and Bellagio, about 15 minutes from both. Situated on the first floor, it features a private terrace that opens onto an indescribable view of Lake Como, making your stay truly special. The lake will be the first thing you see in the morning and the last every evening.

Nearby you will find everything you need: two grocery stores, a bar, a restaurant, a pharmacy, and a ferry dock. The road leading to the beach is also very close. Public parking is available just 10 meters from the apartment, with another parking area a few hundred meters away. The area is also served by public transportation (bus).

Guests will have access to the entire apartment: a living room with kitchenette (where you will find a one-and-a-half-size sofa bed), a bathroom, a bedroom, and a private lake-view terrace.
